ExA were commissioned, with a multidisciplinary team to develop a masterplan, Outline Planning Application and Reserved Matters Applications for all landscape infrastructure at GWP in Haverhill, Suffolk. The first phase of the larger 2500 home masterplan includes 800 new homes, a new local centre, primary school, allotments, orchard, multiple play areas, extensive SuDS drainage scheme and retention of an existing woodland.
