THE APPROACH   The landscape approach associated with the redevelopment of 19 Yeoman Street uses high quality, usable, meaningful landscape interventions. The landscape scheme compliments the proposed apartment complex providing residents with a range of communal green space for play, socialisation and community interaction. Clear, legible pedestrian routes are defined by the proposed architecture, and outdoor spaces have been designed to make the most of available surveillance from the surrounding apartments.

DESIGN LANGUAGE   The landscape design language links architectural elements into green ‘London Garden Squares’ to define a range of usable spaces for residential use. The spaces are typically green residential in character and simple in composition.

The landscape design is underpinned with a robust approach to ecology and biodiversity and has adopted a sustainable urban drainage system.
