THE PROPOSAL   The scheme looks to redevelop an existing cash and carry site on the edge of Deptford Creek, building up to 125 high quality new homes arranged over 4 to 14 storeys, with 513m2 of commercial space to support local businesses.

PLAY AND BIODIVERSITY   The landscape scheme includes a specifically focus on provision of play, set in a new Creekside garden walk allowing interaction with the Creekside. Key initiatives included developing a carefully thought-out landscape that will enhance the biodiversity of the Creekside.

RIVERWALL   ExA worked with the Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG), the Environmental Agency (EA) and the Deptford Educational Trust to develop sympathetic landscape approaches that would retain access for the EA to repair the river wall while including a high amenity value for residents and visitors alike.
