SITE HISTORY   The industrial design approach to for Battersea Square is inspired by the existing conditions found on site. The historic Granary building and associated central square is accentuated through the subtle use of metal and stone detailing and the re-use of the existing cobbles.

INDUSTRIAL AESTHETIC   References to the sites former use are used to create a simple yet elegant space for residents. Sunken rain gardens help to delineate between the main areas of primary pedestrian zones from areas of parking, and use ecologically beneficial species.
