Producing engaging public spaces by considering how previously underused sites can be activated.

Quay House

Isle of Dogs

Delivering significant improvements to the public realm, this scheme works to activate previously underused public spaces in Canary Wharf. The iconic 40-storey development will boast impressive dockside leisure facilities, working closely with Parkour Generations to develop high-quality, innovative, flexible and engaging public spaces.

An elevated green oasis will be delivered, providing a high level of visual amenity whilst contributing to the site's biodiversity. Situated beneath the DLR, between the South Dock and Mudchute, the scheme represents a unique opportunity to unlock the concept of the underline, rejuvenating this previously neglected site.
